Handmade para-rubber frog with a sharp weedless size 1 hook. Each Ratee Frog is cast from natural para rubber — soft enough to collapse on the bite so the hook point clears the body, tough enough to take murrel teeth and repeated casts into hyacinth and lily pads without tearing or going hard in the sun. The weedless hook rides tight to the back, slides over weed clean and is sharp straight out of the packet. Hand-finished by Lures Factory, Thailand.

The lightest frog in the Lures Factory line at 5.5g, and the one that lands softest. On shallow, clear water where a heavier frog slaps down and empties the swim, the Ratee drops in quietly and can be worked immediately. Three centimetres of soft para rubber over a weedless hook — small enough that the whole lure disappears in a murrel's mouth, which is why hook-up rates hold up when fish are short-striking.
