The Daiwa PR100 II is the new evolution of the benchmark entry-level baitcasting reel, improved to provide superior performance and optimal handling of the fishing action. The extremely compact and ergonomic body is designed to ensure a natural and comfortable grip, reducing fatigue during prolonged sessions.
The technical heart is the new 33 mm Extra Super Duralumin spool, which works in synergy with Super Free Quick Spool technology. This combination lowers rotational inertia, dramatically improving smoothness and immediate response when casting, even with light lures. Rotational speed is managed by the proven Magforce magnetic brake system, which provides stable, progressive and safe adjustment, making the reel extremely versatile for various inland water fishing techniques.
A 90 mm aluminum crank handle with soft-touch knobs for flawless control in retrieval completes the equipment. The introduction of the Star Drag Click, Drag Click and Spool Dial Click systems allows micrometric, audible adjustment of drag and spool trim, offering a precision feel typical of higher-end models.
