Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns

1. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Cabral Outdoors will not accept any request made more than 3 days after delivery.
2. The product must be unused and in its original condition, packed in the same box or package in good condition with all instruction manuals and warranty (if any).
3. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. The only exceptions are products that arrive physically damaged in delivery, cases where the wrong product was delivered, or original equipment manufacturer defects - in those cases Cabral Outdoors will arrange and pay for the return courier and replace the product.
4. To request a return, email support@cabraloutdoors.com from the email address registered on our website, with your order number and photos of the product for reference.
5. Returns, exchanges and replacements are offered only to the same person who originally purchased the product.
6. In case of non availability of a replacement product, a coupon code of the product value will be sent to the customer once the item is returned and approved.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cabral Outdoors will not issue any charges if the order has not been dispatched for delivery.
2. All cancellation requests should be sent to support@cabraloutdoors.com.
